Grader Seconds

Customers from the egg processing industry want more and better information about where the eggs come from. For grader seconds that is a challenge because eggs from different suppliers will end up at the same pallet. For traceability of grader seconds Ovotrack Grader Seconds software can be installed as an extension of Ovotrack End of Lane. With Ovotrack Grader Seconds packing lanes can be identified as a 'Seconds lane' which will generate a report, every time a label is printed for that packing lane. This report contains the same EPC number as the label.

Furthermore, on the report all the producers appear that have been graded since the previous label.
