Cooperation with university strengthens Ovotrack team with three new software developers
Ovotrack is growing, and to keep up with customer requirements for new features and integrating the latest technology at the same time, we are constantly looking for ways to improve.
We have cooperated with the University of Applied Sciences in Nijmegen and Arnhem and taken part in their Make IT Work program. This program supports experts from different sectors of industry that want to move their career towards software development by offering them a speed training combined with a position in a software development team. We are happy to announce that we are increasing our team with three Make IT Work candidates. After a full time study squeezed in a five months period, they will join Ovotrack and gain experience in the ‘IT for eggs’ sector.
By hiring these three software developers, we are increasing resources in terms of development time for custom solutions, as well as the time to market for new Ovotrack software modules. As our customer base keeps growing, the demand for tailer-made solutions increases. Furthermore, market trends in the global egg market keep changing, which leads to changing requirements for software that supports egg grading and egg processing companies. Last but not least, these experts with track records in other industries will for sure bring new ideas that will drive innovation.
We wish our three soon-to-be colleagues the best of luck and are looking forward to welcome them to our team in a few months from now.
