Upgrade your XP PCs to run latest Ovotrack software

Microsoft officially withdrew its support for Windows XP several years ago, after 13 years of loyal service. For an OS which is three releases behind the times, this shouldn’t be big news, but XP has proved remarkably tenacious.

However, when Microsoft stops supporting an OS, the company doesn’t only withdraw its technical support services – it also stops updating the software. Among other things, this means no more monthly patches to protect users against new viruses and malware. Anybody still using XP will be stuck with the OS as it stands on its final day, and you can expect any security vulnerabilities subsequently discovered to be ruthlessly targeted.

The latest software versions of Ovotrack no longer run on XP PCs. So, if you haven’t already replaced the XP PCs in your egg grading plant by industrial Ovotrack PCs running Windows 10, now is really the time to do so. If you are using Ovotrack XP PCs you will be contacted by our sales department soon.

However, if you don’t want to wait feel free to contact us.
