Common Issues

Deployment fails with “quota exceeded”
The F1 (free) IoT Hub tier is limited to one per subscription. Either delete the existing F1 hub or select S1 tier.

Function App not processing messages
The Function App is deployed without code. You need to deploy your message processing logic. See the deployment outputs for the Function App URL and connection strings.

Can’t find telemetry in storage
Telemetry is archived to the device-telemetry container with a 5-minute batch interval. Check after sending messages and waiting at least 5 minutes.
