Ovotrack has a team of experienced Customer Support Specialists in the Netherlands and the USA who provide helpdesk support. They can assist with software updates, label- , report design etc. If necessary, they are able to take over Ovotrack PC's to assist users and operators real-time, wherever they are.
We make sure our Customer Support Specialist keep their know-how updated and connected with the field by providing training and by assisting our Installation Department on location.
