With two Moba grading machines and a lot of automation for case packing and case palletizing, the team tries to run the operation with the maximum amount of eggs per hour at the highest possible efficiency per manhour. Day in, day out they are focused on improvement. So I decided to use Ovotrack in conjunction with that software feature to automatically change the settings, everytime a new batch is scanned into the grader. Every week we study the figures of each batch and we adjust the crack or dirt settings in Ovotrack.
