More than 400 egg packing operations in Germany and surrounding European countries are member of KAT. As KAT is overseeing the complete supply chain, Feed suppliers, Hatcheries, Layer Farms and Egg processing plants are also part of the KAT control system.\n<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><!--.panel-grid-cell-container--><\/div><!--.panel-row-style--><\/div><!--.panel-grid--><div class=\"panel-grid ppb-row\" id=\"pg-7073-2\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0;\" ><div class=\"ppb-row panel-row-style panel-row-style- \" style=\"\" ><style>#pg-7073-2 .panel-grid-cell { padding: 0 0.5% 0; }<\/style><div class='panel-grid-cell-container'><div class=\"ppb-col panel-grid-cell \" id=\"pgc-7073-2-0\" ><div id=\"panel-7073-2-0-0\" class=\"ppb-block ppb-no-mobile-spacing\" style=\"\" ><p>\n<strong>Aldi ATC<\/strong><br \/>Aldi is one of the retailers that has particular demands for traceability. All egg packs contain a so-called <a href=\"https:\/\/transparenz.aldi-nord.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aldi Transparancy Code (ATC)<\/a>. At Aldi\u2019s website these ATC codes can be looked up. All information about the producing farm and the packing center that graded the eggs are displayed on this webpage. All of these installations are different and unique but they have one thing in common; a connection to the grading machine to communicate the farms and the orders and to collect the traceability results after grading.
