At the <a data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/ovotrack.com\/modules\/loader\/\" href=\"https:\/\/ovotrack.com\/modules\/loader\/\" target=\"_blank\">loader<\/a>, Ovotrack will create a new batch in the grading machine by scanning a <a data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/ovotrack.com\/modules\/farm-label-printing\/\" href=\"https:\/\/ovotrack.com\/modules\/farm-label-printing\/\" target=\"_blank\">farm label<\/a>. All information added at <a data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/ovotrack.com\/modules\/receive\/\" href=\"https:\/\/ovotrack.com\/modules\/receive\/\" target=\"_blank\">receive<\/a> is available for sending to the grading machine. This can include farm name, egg type and quantity, date of lay and certification. Some customers only create batches for different suppliers, but a growing number of customers are creating batches for each individual pallet. The batch can be manually activated at the <a data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/ovotrack.com\/modules\/receive\/\" href=\"https:\/\/ovotrack.com\/modules\/receive\/\" target=\"_blank\">loader<\/a>. However, this is increasingly done automatically with the <a data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/ovotrack.com\/modules\/eggs-cargo-identifier\/\" href=\"https:\/\/ovotrack.com\/modules\/eggs-cargo-identifier\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ovotrack ECI<\/a> tag or the Sanovo RFID egg. After grading, <a data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/ovotrack.com\/modules\/grading-results\/\" href=\"https:\/\/ovotrack.com\/modules\/grading-results\/\" target=\"_blank\">results<\/a> are reported with the same batch ID. These results are imported in the <a data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/ovotrack.com\/modules\/database\/\" href=\"https:\/\/ovotrack.com\/modules\/database\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ovotrack database<\/a> immediately and results can then be grouped together per farm, per house, per week or per egg type.
